ACI Australia Leaders of Tomorrow Committee

The ACI Australia Leaders of Tomorrow Committee (ALOT) is dedicated to empowering the next generation of financial market professionals. ALOT provides a platform where young talent can connect, learn, and thrive through access to industry insight, professional education, and meaningful networking opportunities. Guided by ACI’s values, ALOT will be committed to promoting collaboration, integrity, and the highest ethical standards in global financial markets.

Our objectives are:

  1. Support Development – Provide opportunities for professional growth through ACI credited courses and events to grow and succeed.

  2. Foster Community – Enable young financial market professionals to connect with peers and seniors across financial markets through regular events, building a strong network of like-minded peers across the industry.

  3. Give Young Professionals a Voice – Ensure the perspectives of emerging talent are represented alongside the senior ACI Executive committee and the WiAFM committee, plus within the wider financial community.

Mission Statement:

Our mission is to inspire, connect, and develop the next generation of financial market professionals. Through education, networking, and advocacy, we strive to equip young professionals with the tools, knowledge, and values to succeed in their careers and contribute positively to the future of global financial markets.

We aim to host semi-annual events in 2026, such as networking events, panels, and workshops, to succeed in our mission of bringing together young financial markets professionals in Australia and to build a dynamic network that promotes learning and growth.
